At Jeantex S.A. and Confmar C.A., we invite designers, clients, and industry professionals to experience an exclusive guided tour of our facilities. Named “The Denim Journey: From Cotton to Garment”, this program offers a firsthand look at the manufacturing processes behind Venezuela’s premium denim.
The journey begins at Jeantex, one of Latin America’s most advanced textile mills, located in Aragua State, Venezuela.
During this immersive experience, visitors tour our state-of-the-art facility to witness the complete denim production lifecycle: opening, spinning, warping, dyeing, re-warping, sizing, weaving, and finishing. The tour covers every stage—from raw cotton reception under strict quality controls to the final packaged rolls ready for distribution.
Visitors are consistently impressed by the sheer scale of the Jeantex operation and our investment in cutting-edge technology. Our facilities produce premium denim certified by two globally recognized organizations: the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol and Cradle to Cradle Certified®, underscoring our commitment to international quality and sustainability standards.
The journey continues at Confmar 2015 C.A., our garment manufacturing plant located in Maracay, Aragua State. Here, visitors step into a specialized environment where indigo and advanced apparel manufacturing take center stage.
The tour begins in the spreading zone. Here, the denim rolls produced at Jeantex are loaded onto automated machinery, layering the fabric precisely along the cutting tables.
Highly trained specialists then execute pattern layout and cutting. From there, the fabric panels are assembled into finished garments.
At each station, a highly trained operator is responsible for performing one or two operations, depending on the specific garment assembly phase.
In the industrial laundry facility, guests witness a live demonstration of our advanced laser technology, highlighting its capabilities in precision finishing and eco-sustainability.
Following the laser treatment, the garments move to industrial washing units for washing, dyeing, and drying—a process that demonstrates the superior versatility and resilience of our denim.
The tour concludes in the post-production area, where garments undergo final labeling, pressing, and packaging.
